In celebration of the 100th anniversary of biodynamic farming, Steinbeisser brought renowned chefs Elif Oskan and Selassie Atadika to the Goetheanum in Dornach.
The event featured a special plant-based tasting menu crafted by the chefs, using biodynamic produce grown in the Goetheanum garden. Adding to the experience, artists created bespoke ecological pieces that transformed the table into a total work of art. This unforgettable gathering celebrated biodiversity, sustainability, and the creative synergy between food, art, and design.
